Giving DJVU a push

'djvu' is an excellent format for documentation, images and lots more.
(See http://djvu.org/resources/ for more).

I think we should consider

1. Including a huge set of documentation in djvu format from Fedora 11
onwards (at least). Packages for the same seem relevant.
2. Having the djvu plugins installed by default in all web browsers
3. Permit booklets to be created from wiki documentation in djvu
format (at least for people with FAS account)
