Except the southern hemisphere has DST at completely different times of the year. and different countries start and stop at different times of the year also. If you record your meeting is UTC time you will always get the notification that the meeting is starting at the correct time. There is no simple answer here. the simplest thing to me seems to be stay at UTC.
