Another area where a intern maybe could help: Koji still can't be used for EPEL, as the EPEL plague builders use RHEL and Koji would spread the RHEL binaries to the world. That becomes more and more a PITA for EPEL and a blocker for EPELs growth. For example new contributers are not used to plague and don't want to learn it -- thus they don't even consider to build their packages for EPEL. Some people would like to switch to CentOS on the builders to avoid this problem -- that would IMHO look quite bad and creates some other problems. Especially when it comes to new Releases (like RHEL X.Y and RHEL X), where EPEL could only follow once CentOS catched up. (Note: that's the long story short).
