Any ToDo list for Derived Distributions ?

Hi,

Got this question off-hand a few days back as to whether there's a set
of guidelines that needs to be followed (in terms of legalese etc) if
someone wishes to create a Derived Distribution. The
DerivedDistributions page on the wiki (and the links to LiveCD or
Distribution) don't tell much in terms of a checklist of Dos and Don'ts
