The Fedora Documentation Steering Committee (FDSCo) uses f-dsco-l for
administrivia. We've discussed merging it back into f-docs-l, and we'll
handle that decision.

The Brazilian team has had enough going in their native language to
justify the creation of a stand-alone list. We encourage the creation
of documentation in native languages, to be later translated.
