IMHO, yes.  Or at least be willing to work with upstream to resolve
conflicts.  kmods are not something to be taken lightly, and that should
be stressed.

There are arguments for a separate kernel repository.  Call it Fedora
Bloody Edge Extras You Better Not Enable This if you'd like.
