For me, the biggest difference between Ubuntu and Fedora is that people
working with the Fedora /distribution/ are a lot closer to seeing their
work get into production Enterprise Linux environments because of that
connection. If that turns people on, then Fedora is a winner. The
biggest non-difference is upstream. It really doesn't matter whether
people who prefer to work upstream do some from a Fedora, Ubuntu,
Gentoo, or Ututo distribution--upstream is upstream.
