[LEGAL] licenses - lists and definitions?

We were discussing code based on mDNSResponder today, which is licensed
under the Apple Public Source License (APSL). I brought up that that
license was considered generally bad, and we'd prefer not to ship it,
even if it is a OSI-approved license.

Do we have a list of OSI-approved licenses we *avoid*? This would
make discussions like this easier.
