I've added the fedora project board members, as well as a couple of other 
Red Hat folks to the list.

I will continue to populate it when I have a bit more time.

We'll be kicking off the wiki page, with the meeting minutes, and info 
about all of these lists *real soon now* and then we'll basically be 
rolling.
