Unless you've written a new RPM specfile to match and want to keep maintaining it, don't do this.
There are directories that the RPM creates a subdirectory of the above and that permissions are managed on. Read this instead: https://hosted.fedoraproject.org/projects/cobbler/wiki/RelocatingYourInstall
