Is there a way to > control this? This isn't a libvirt problem, this is a bug in KVM/QEMU's emulatiuon of the rtl8139 NIC card. If you have more than one it mis-handles the MMIO reads so they all end up being directed at the same card. There's a BZ about it somewhere and we'll fix it in a future update.
