Xen guest not receiving dhcp address

I'm working with a RHEL5 AP system (kernel 2.6.18-8.1.8.el5xen, xen
3.0.3-25.0.3.el5) and am not able to get the Xen guest to receive a DHCP
address from the Dom0 dhcpd server.

I have defined the xen mac address in the dhcpd.conf file to assign it a
fixed address.

>From /var/log/messages on Dom0 I can see DHCPDISCOVER and DHCPOFFER
entries with the appropriate mac and ip address being offered but the
Xen guest does not accept the DHCPoffer and fails to start the network
on eth0

Any suggestions?

Thanks
