Did Greg really get files downloaded, even with the message showing
"No Repositories Available to Set Up"?
I got this far by following Greg's posts but nothing copied to the
directory. My host is entitled for the base channel
rhel-x86_64-server-5. This host has been saving the downloaded
packages into /var/cache/yum/rhel-x86_64-server-5/ via "yum update" or
"yum install ...".

Hmm, interesting.
This basically revolves around yum-utils' reposync (as you can see from
the output), so if you have the entitled bits for the channels, it
should work. That being said, you're not the only one who has reported
some problems getting content to download.
I'll do some more testing on this to see if it still works for me. In
the meantime, any input from folks that did get this working and what
they had to do to make it work would be much appreciated.
