Shows XenD is not listening for connections:
connect(4, {sa_family=AF_FILE, path="/var/lib/xend/xend-socket"}, 27) = -1 ENOENT (No such file or directory)
Make sure /etc/xen/xend-config.sxp has
(xend-unix-server yes)
And then restart XenD & it should work
