Ya virt-manager and virt-install both and it accepts 128MB RAM easily no problem. I guess there need to be done something in cobbler or koan code that helps it accept and boot with 128MB RAM too. I have tried installing virtual machine via virt-install and virt-manager (with 128MB RAM given to them) and it all works fine.

Anaconda really likes to have 256.
