I want to bring to your attention
https://github.com/rpm-software-management/mock/issues/1427
where we discuss how Mock configs for EPEL should look like.
This is driven by approved proposal
https://discussion.fedoraproject.org/t/epel-10-proposal/44304
that means we will have:
epel/10.0
epel/10.1
epel/10.2
repositories.
If we copy what we are doing with branching of Fedora, we will end up with configs that need maintenance every 6 months,
the configs will be broken for few days every 6 months and/or you will maintain your own symlinks.
In the mock issue above, there is drafted several options. I would like to hear your opinion as you will be the one who
will be working with these mock's configs.
