Could you please open a ticket with the names of the people involved in this. If they are not responding to tickets and being jerks by building packages without taking ownership then it needs to be dealt with <PERIOD>.
If we want to build packages in EPEL without ownership, we could just fork and
build everything en masse, there's no need to do this package by package unless
you actually intend to take care.
