That location references filelists file that exists. mirrors.kernel.org' repo.xml has revision 1681001231 (2023-04-09T00:47:11+00:00) indeed with a missing filelists file. I don't know what's the casue, but I guess once the mirror catches the canonical source, everything will work again for you. -- Petr
