python-pyghmi was added to RHEL 8.5 [0]. Per EPEL policy [1][2], it must be retired from EPEL 8. The version-release of the RHEL 8 package (1.5.29-1.el8) is higher than the last one provided in EPEL 8 (1.5.19-2.el8), so there is a clean upgrade path. The only loss of functionality is that EPEL 8 included the python-pyghmi-doc and python3-pyghmi-tests subpackages, but these were not included in RHEL. Nothing else in EPEL 8 depends on these subpackages.
