Hi there, the python-sqlalchemy package has been added to RHEL 9.1 lately [1][2] and therefore I'll remove it from EPEL 9, as per policy [3]. Mind that the latest version of the package in EPEL 9 has a higher version than that available in RHEL, so you’d have to downgrade it in order to get the official build.
