Hi,
I've been having a look at vnstat and to get 5 minute output (vnstat
-5), the epel7 package needs to be updated. I've updated mine to
upstream 2.9, but how do I request a proper epel release?
Currently in epel there is:
vnstat-1.15-2.el7
vnstat-2.6-2.el8
vnstat-2.8-1.el9
So all the packages are out of sync. When I compiled 2.9 for el7 all the
Hardening section needs to be removed from the systemd unit file. I also
had a problem with the vnstati package and I can't remember how I fixed
and the machine where I sis the build no longer exists.
I would have thought it was a good idea to update all packages to the
latest 2.9? How do I request it?
