Update Information:

UnrealIRCd 5.2.0.1 ================== This is a small update for the 5.2.0
release. In channels, spamfilters of type `p` were run instead of type `c`.
Although this is not a major issue for many, as spamfilter are often placed on
both (`pc`), there is now this dot release to make sure new installs don't have
this bug.
