Just so people know, you are running CentOS Stream 8, not regular CentOS 8.
CentOS Stream 8 has updated qt5 to qt5-5.15. It was originally 5.12.
Thus, when RHEL 8.5 comes out, it will also have qt5-5.15.
I wrote about this a couple weeks ago.[1]
But to summarize, this is a known problem with KDE on CentOS Stream 8.
I am working on rebuilding KDE for epel8-next, but it's still a couple weeks away due to branching permissions.[2]
The best workaround I see is to do
yum update --excludepkgs qt5*
I'll send out emails when things have been rebuilt.

[2] - I branched all the epel8 KDE packages before they had an owner check enabled. Now I'm finding that about half of the KDE packages, I don't have permission to branch and have to keep asking for permission.
