If reaching out to them directly isn't getting results, there is the
non-responsive maintainer process:

EPEL Packages have a modified version of the non-responsive package maintainer.
This is for stalled requests, which is a bit different than non-responsive package maintainers. Fedora package maintainers don't have to do anything with EPEL if they don't want to, thus we needed it to be a bit different.
