I received this announcement on the epel-devel list, but not via
epel-announce@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx and I do not see it in the archive at
https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/epel-announce@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx/
(although the headers on the epel-devel copy I received do suggest it was
sent to epel-announce).
