Yes. There are several of us that are KDE users (Well, I am, and I assume there are others). It will probably be a case of figuring out who is the maintainer or if we do it as a group. There are a few of us who have rebuilt it already for RHEL8 Beta. As far as I know, I am the only one who is sharing my repo publically.[1] So if you want to test it out while you test the RHEL8 Beta, you can. Notes about my repo. 1 - I removed all KDE4 references 2 - I removed most python2 references. 3 - Not all kde applications built.
