I'd do it in copr and mass rebuild everything (all python3 packages) in
it. If it works, I'd assume it is safe.
If there are FTBFS, I'd investigate if they are setuptools related.
Feel free o bring any possible setuptools related problems here so we
can all try to figure them out.
