I'd very much prefer python3-<foo> naming just because it would make
python3 packaging much more consistent with fedora.

But I'd want to point out that add problem to all packages currently
named as python3-<foo> (packages where python2 counterpart is part of
rhel).

Because python3-<foo> can't have sub-package named python3-<foo>.
