There is no need; the repository files shipped by EPEL point to
mirrormanager, which will direct users to the proper location.  Of
course, the set of potential mirrors will be smaller as there are fewer
sites which mirror the archive.

It will be interesting to see if this appreciably increases traffic to
my mirrors.
