I'm looking for some clarification on the naming requirements for SRPMs.
Can an EPEL SRPM have the same name as an SRPM in RHEL?

I asked the question on EPEL-devel [1], but am looking for an official
answer. Perhaps the question needs to be addressed at an EPSCO meeting.
