Just a question what is the expected workflow ?That Anaconda on the Atomic Workstation image always installs someflatpacks from the repo on the ISO and the flatpacks to install are specifiedas a static list.Or should the user also be able to decide which flatapackswill be installed (eq. via a kickstart command as Jirka proposedor via the UI) ?
I don't think UI for that is needed or desired, really. Kickstart support
could be handy for people who want to create a custom image.

My goal for F29 is to just replace the desktop apps that are currently
installed as rpms with flatpaks. One thing to think about here is how
this list will be specified - so far, the apps are just in comps, together
with other rpms.
