re-enable btrfs subvolume, btrfs volume, and LVMlv for /boot

With grub2-2.02-0.3 and os-prober-1.58-5 in rawhide, only grubby blocks re-enabling booting off a btrfs subvolume or btrfs volume. [The updated grub2 also fixes booting off ext2/3/4/xfs on a LVMlv]

Well, no more: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1094489

The patch attached to the above bugzilla report updates grubby.c to add the support.

OK anaconda folks. What is it going to take to re-enable btrfs subvol, btrfs volumes, and LVMlv?
