Yeah, it's somewhat unfortunate.  When we initially added shim
(unsigned) to the repo, we hadn't realize we'd need two separate
packages, and it turns out renaming packages is a *very* big pain to do
in Fedora.  So it was just significantly easier to fix up the packages
produced by the srpms, though I admit it can be a bit confusing at first
to those who haven't been working on it.
