Re: Welcome Screen issue with default language (sometimes it is not English)

I am still seeing both issues with F19b RC4

* The Welcome Screen appears with Brazil / Portuguese (it should be
Argentina / Spanish)
* The Welcome Screen initial language is not centered.

Do you want me to file a bug-report for those?
