This set of patches is mostly about improving logging - add some debug logging to imgutils, add --debug to mkefiboot, improve the logging for 'runcmd', and log the broken symlinks deleted at the end of runtime-cleanup. Most of that logging work was done to track down a problem with umount failing on hfsplus filesystems, which made 'mkefiboot --apple' fail. That's patch 2.
