Work around for DASD info on s390x

While this doesn't necessarly correct the root issue, which I think is a kernel
issue, it does seem a bit safer at this point for this branch.  All it really
does is trigger udev to read information about these devices again, kind of
like a udev_trigger or udev_settle.
