Okay, I follow you now.  This does sound reasonable.  I think additional
comments would help, yes.

We'll either do this in the execute method of Timezone in kickstart.py
(if there's no such class yet, we'll add one) or in the proposed
doInstall method I'm working on here.  That's not working yet, which is
why you haven't seen it.
