The patch looks fine, but when moving a project to Transifex you need to
upload your current .po files to Transifex so they have something to start
with.  What I did for anaconda was upload the master po files and then
remove them from the git repo once I was able to tx pull them.

Also make sure you keep the python-meh.pot file in your repo, but update
it regularly and upload the new version to Transifex.  It looks like you're
doing that though.
