Hi Igor,

I think you can add updates.img inside the iso image under "images"

Or, for stage2 you can alter the install.img:
1. extract the install.img file: ( mount, tar the mounted folder, extract tar archive somewhere else)
2. in extracted folder, edit anything you want, (anaconda files are at: /usr/lib/anaconda/ ).
3. Create install.img image again - mksquashfs, and replace initial.
4. Either mkisofs and boot from a dvd or have a nfs/pxe/... setup.

For the init/loader you can change initrd.img.

my wild guess is you don't have any changes or git is not finding diff with your code base...

If you've been committing your changes you might need to specify a tag.
The script will tell you which tag it is using to detect changes.
