It's not true that all the time configure or spec checks for package, it can be any binary or file I get this lot time while building packages 

the best thing I do is use "yum provides */devmapper" this will result package name for binary

So, the RHES doesn't contains libnm-glib and libnm-util. Also devmapper is called device-mapper. Am I right?
