Yes, same here. If I have my network be DHCP then the install is fine (non-interactive). If I set my ip statically using command line arguments to anaconda then it prompts me saying it couldn't find the kickstart. If i just hit "ok" (not changing any settings) the install continues. Basically this means there is a timing issue.

I have the same questions.

sometimes anaconda asks where are the kickstart file.
