We had a similar bug for rhel 6: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=525071. It should be fixed though so your case may be something different. Perhaps the best would be to file a bz report with logs attached (/tmp/anaconda.log, /tmp/syslog). I am afraid it can be hw specific and difficult to debug.
