[PATCH 1/2] Only set noverifyssl on URL installs (#621469).

Otherwise, we may end up treating an nfsInstallData struct like a urlInstallData
struct and that will lead to prompting for the NFS information again.  That in
turn leads to the whole NFSISO method not working.
