Two small fixes for s390: 1) Make sure /etc/dasd.conf and /etc/zfcp.conf have the right SELinux context set on them. 2) Prevent questionInitializeDASD() from running in cmdline install mode. Handle it the same way we handle other questions that pop up during cmdline mode. In this particular case, the correct thing the user should be doing is specifying "zerombr" in the kickstart file.
