One advantage of pulse progress bar over busy cursor (wait
window) specific to Anaconda's non-threaded UI is that with every pulse,
the screen gets refreshed. When you are impatient and e.g. move
waiting window, the background is cleared without refresh
which adds to doubts that install is stuck, while with pulse
bar window, the background is repainted with next pulse
suggesting that Anaconda is really alive.
