This is weird. That's how Thunderbird is setup for me, and my original
message still looks like a mess, but the quote in your reply looks fine.
I think Chris is right, this should come through transifex instead of
one of us throwing in patches, no matter how small. I've re-assigned
ownership of it to tommy.he@xxxxxxxxx who seems to be the last one to
edit the file.
If you reassign to the translation team, eng-i18n-bugs@xxxxxxxxxx is a better
address to use.
