[PATCH] tell eager benchmarkers that rawhide/betas may be slow

A recurring theme on benchmark sites is is "the new Rawhide is slower
than the last Fedora release!"  Well, yes.  Not that anyone likely
reads these things, but let's just say so explicitly at install time?
