Fix for BZ #533492. Changes linuxrc.s390 to write out /etc/zfcp.conf
instead of /tmp/fcpconfig. In storage/zfcp.conf, run zfcp_cio_free to
free the devices listed in /etc/zfcp.conf rather than using our own
loop to read and write devices to /proc/cio_ignore. The zfcp_cio_free
program is from s390utils and handles blocking on the free operation
until it completes or fails.
I should also note this is, of course, intended for master. And since it's a
beta 1 blocker, it would end up on rhel6-beta1-branch as well.
