2) Add dasd_settle() to linuxrc.s390 to wait for DASD devices to enter the
online or unformatted state.
3) Do not write HWADDR to ifcfg files if we are on s390x and the interface
is using layer 2 mode.
I should note these are also intended for rhel6-branch. Not just master.
