The "library" is essentially internal anaconda pieces pulled out and
there wasn't a desire (or real thought) into what the API is and if
it's more generally useful.  The useful part for the rest of the world
is the command line tool.  Arguably, we should switch the loader to
use that at this point since we have shared libs and external
executables and then isomd5sum could just drop the -devel package
altogether.
